Requirements

Passport, or Emirates ID for UAE residents
Valid driving licence
Flight ticket (tourists, if requested)
Minimum age 18

Security deposit

Drivers under 25: AED 5,000
Drivers 25 and over: AED 2,000
Refunded within 15 days of returning the car, after traffic-fine and Salik checks.

Mileage

250 km per day included. Additional kilometres are charged per km at the rate shown on each car (AED 8–20/km).

Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included in every rental.

In the event of an at-fault accident (red police report) the customer pays the applicable insurance excess, which ranges between AED 6,000 and AED 8,000 depending on the vehicle.
Plus 20% of the repair cost if the driver is 25 or older.
Plus 30% of the repair cost if the driver is under 25.

Card payment (+3% surcharge)
Bank transfer

Salik & tolls

Salik tolls are billed at cost plus AED 1 administration fee per toll gate crossing and deducted from the deposit or invoiced after return.

Late return

Please return the car at the agreed time. Late returns are charged pro-rata; more than a few hours late may be billed as an additional day. Contact us on WhatsApp if you are running late.
